The end of the year is always the busiest time, both personally and professionally. It's a good idea to take advantage of the holidays to up your marketing plans.

Below are a few tips for marketing during the Thanksgiving season:

  • Send a simple email
Thank your clients for their business by sending a simple "Thank You" email. Get creative, use a Thanksgiving theme, include a call to action and add your image that links to your website. Make the message simple but important.
  • Send a Personal Thanksgiving Card
Send out a Thanksgiving card to clients wishing them a Happy Thanksgiving and let them know that you are grateful for their business. The cardscan be created on your computer and printed out, which makes them less expensive to create and more personal.
  • Deliver a Gift
A couple days before Thanksgiving, hand deliver a pie or some other form of "yummy" for your clients table. This may be a little more expensive, but it will leave a lasting impression for your clients to share with their friends when they are looking for a Real Estate Professional.
  • Have a Contest
Create a "Thanksgiving Decoration" contest on your FaceBook Page and have past, present and future clients upload images of their decorated homes and give away a small gift to the winner, such as a "Lowes" gift card, a free turkey or an apple pie.

The holidays are great time for friends and family, but remember this a great time for Real Estate Professionals as well.
